For female founders with big ideas and busy brains. I support with the practical side of business from branding to networking. ADHD-friendly tools, and the push you need to stop overthinking and start doing.
In-person in Sussex | Online worldwide

I’m on my own ADHD journey, so I truly understand what it’s like to have a busy mind, big ideas, and moments of overwhelm. Alongside running a business and being a mum, I know the juggle is real and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about supporting other women through it.
I love helping female founders quiet the imposter syndrome, build confidence, and step into the light in their business and their life. I’m your biggest cheerleader, someone who’ll guide you forward, keep things practical, and remind you that you can do the thing, even when it feels hard.
Alongside this, I’m a qualified cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist, which means I bring proven tools and techniques to help you manage overthinking, self-doubt, and overwhelm so you’re not just dreaming about it, you’re actually doing it.
